PowerPoint Live has three concurrent tracks of seminars taking place with minimal support from the host hotel. Our partners and sponsors supply us with our projectors, microphones and mixers, and any recording units we might choose to employ. You would be working directly with our Manager of AV Services, to perform the following:
PROJECTOR SETUP: Handling basic connections to PCs, focusing, keystone correction, and taping down of cords.
MICROPHONES: Setting up mixers, swapping and moving microphones as events require, taking audio feeds from PCs, daily battery checks.
GENERAL SPEAKER SUPPORT: Making sure that our speakers’ needs are met before they go on.
