Vendors and Partners
PowerPoint Live promises to bring together over 200 of the most ambitious and dedicated users of presentation software and technology. The following opportunities are available to organizations whose products and services complement and contribute to the atmosphere of learning and discovery that we create. The Expo
We have space for up to 20 exhibitors to showcase their products and technology at the Expo, all day on Tuesday, October 19. Companies are permitted to sell products directly from the floor.
Please note that you can choose just to exhibit at the Expo or you can sign on to one of the sponsorships described below. If you become a sponsor, you are assured Expo space as part of your sponsorship.
Opening Night Reception
By Sunday evening, just about all patrons will be in house, checked in, and ready to unwind. This is a perfect opportunity to make a great first impression as they enjoy their favorite beverage and hot hors d'oeuvres. Your hosting of this reception will be actively advertised ahead of time and prominently displayed during the reception. You will also get about five minutes of microphone time as the very first prize donor of the conference.
T-Shirt Sponsor
All patrons receive a 100% cotton conference shirt as part of their registration. Your company could be the presenting sponsor for the shirt and have its logo prominently displayed on the back of the shirt. Our long-lasting shirts are regularly worn for years—we have regular patrons who are still wearing the all-black shirt from our 1994 event and the purple shirt from 1995.
Duffle Bag
In addition to shirts, we distribute long-handled canvas totes to every patron, and your company’s name and logo could be imprinted on every one of them. These are much better than the cheap bags given out at trade shows, and as a result, our patrons tend to take our bags with them to other shows.
Lanyard for Badges
Your company’s name can join the conference name on a high-quality cotton lanyard. Lanyards will be distributed to each conference attendee at registration and worn throughout the event (it’s one of our few requirements—patrons must wear their badges!). This is a great opportunity for name recognition with each patron.
Lunchtime Keynote Addresses
Lunch is on us at the Summit and that guarantees you 100% attendance as a lunchtime host. In addition to the advance advertising, prominent signage, and distribution of literature, you would get a ten-minute opportunity to address the group during their dessert.
Trivia Contest
Monday afternoon, after the seminars have concluded, our conference transforms with the playing of our wild and wacky trivia contest. The beverages are flowing, spirits and energy are high, and it is the perfect venue to show yourself as a prominent member of the PowerPoint community. In addition to the advance advertising and prominent signage, we work your company into the game, with a question about it and the opportunity for one of your representatives to participate. Vendor Showcases
We have openings on Monday and Wednesday for no more than two companies to set up a display right in the heart of Conference Central (the ballroom which houses Registration, the Help Center, the lounge, and the theater for keynote addresses). You would be able to greet patrons and demo your products or services for the entire day.
Evening Off-Site Events
In addition to the daytime sponsorships, there are opportunities for our partners to host evening events in the posh and affluent Buckhead community of clubs and restaurants. Our team can work with you on finding a venue, negotiating pricing, and publicizing it to the patrons. There are many options to fit many budgets, and we would work with you to tailor the right program for your organization.
Prize Donor
If you are unable to attend the conference, you can still have a significant presence by making a donation to our Prize Pool, which overflows to the tune of about $15,000 in product to be awarded.
